New York Steak

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat

2. Lightly oil and season both sides of your thawed steak with salt and pepper

3. Cook on one side for 3 minutes

4. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135℉

5. Remove from heat and let the steak rest, covered, for 5 minutes.

6. Slice & enjoy!
